Varietals: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vessel Ageing: 18 Months French and American Oak
Deep Vermillion red, expressive, sweet, and intense nose. Fruity and spicy aromas with scents of ripe fruit and sweet spices such as cinnamon and clove. The palate is concentrated, with sweet and velvety tannins. Aged for 18 months in 20% new French Oak and 10% in new American oak, with the remaining 70% in a combination of second-use oak. Bottled in March 2018. Unfined and unfiltered.
