The knowledge of their Finca has enabled them to select the parcels that best express the elegance, concentration, and typicity of Malbec, which are parcels 5 and 9. Hand harvested and hand destemmed in a climate-controlled room, directly to cold maceration in the barrel with dry ice for 20 days. Then, fermentation follows, with barrel rotation and manual pigeage performed on a daily basis. This wine ranges from 24 to 36 months in French oak, followed by 5 years in the bottle. Only 3300 bottles were made, with an aging potential of 20-plus years.
